Agreement for Labor Only Services - Local Labor Only Moving Special

The customer acknowledges receipt of the Terms and Conditions as part of this Agreement. The customer agrees to the terms, including the flat-rate fee plus any additional labor or drive-time that is required. Billing begins at the time of dispatch from the carrier's facility until return. Move date and time is subject to availability. This Agreement serves as your moving quote as well as the contract for moving services. The customer agrees that if any information provided by them differs from the actual that additional labor or drive time may be necessary and will be charged for at the rate stated above including but not limited to: # of items being more than what was listed, packing of items and materials costs, unspecified stairs/elevators, unspecified overweight or over-sized items. Carrier does not disassemble nor reassemble appliances or exercise equipment and does not provide appliance hookups. We can provide a 3rd party point of contact for these items when requested in advance.
